Call us now: Population and economic growth directly impact the movement of people and results in increasing traffic on roads. Especially, the rate of growth in the number of vehicles in large cities is higher than even the rate of population. Vadodara has been a city of attraction for intellectuals from across the country due to its industrial and cultural development, which has resulted in more traffic on city’s road and its support systems. There was a dire need to expand the Vadodara’s Traffic Force at one point in time, and the solution was found in Vadodara Traffic Education Trust.
Vadodara Traffic Education Trust, founded in 2008 under the Public Participation Project(PPP) was conceived by the former Chief Minister of Gujarat and the visionary Prime Minister, Shri.Narendra Modi. This trust is working for various projects for the common cause and benevolence of the people in addition to their active support to Vadodara Police in traffic management. Be it 7 AM in the morning or 11 PM in the night or extreme weather conditions like heavy rain, scorching heat or chilling cold, honorary volunteers of this trust work hard to keep the arteries of Vadodara pulsating without any congestion.
This Coffee Table Book is a sincere effort to acknowledge and applaud the contributions of dedicated volunteers of Vadodara Traffic Education Trust.
